winpg Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and winpg ("winpg," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the winpg online gaming platform available at https://winpg.xyz, including all games, services, features, content, and functionality offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the winpg Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the winpg Platform regardless of the device, browser, or method of access used. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and winpg relating to the subject matter herein.

The winpg Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age requirement is a non-negotiable condition of access and is consistent with Philippine gaming regulations governing online gambling activities. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

The winpg Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the winpg Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. winpg makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

To register a winpg account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.

winpg reserves the right to require additional documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or source of funds at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) winpg account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. winpg employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be suspended and any bonuses or winnings associated with them will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winpg account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. winpg will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to notify winpg immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your winpg account is accurate and up to date at all times. winpg is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate account information, including incorrect payment details that result in failed or misdirected withdrawals.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your winpg account, whether or not you authorized such activity. winpg reserves the right to void any bets or transactions that are found to have been placed by an unauthorized third party using your account credentials.

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. winpg reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month to inactive accounts after this period, deducted from the account balance. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

winpg accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Philippine Peso (PHP) transactions: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at winpg's discretion. Current payment options are displayed on the Payment page.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed at the time of deposit. Deposits are generally credited to your winpg wallet within sixty (60) seconds for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) business day for bank transfers.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your winpg account. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine ID and proof of address. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within one (1) business day. winpg reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

All transactions on the winpg Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). winpg does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the player and their payment provider.

winpg offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live dealer games, slots, and table games may have different contribution percentages as specified in the promotion terms.

winpg reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, colluding with other players to exploit promotions, or any other conduct that winpg reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit the bonus system.

winpg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account, provided the player has not yet violated the applicable bonus terms.

All digital games on the winpg Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment — real cards, real roulette wheels — streamed from licensed studios. winpg does not manipulate game outcomes.

A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and accepted by the winpg system. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, winpg will resolve the bet in accordance with its technical failure policy, which aims to be fair to the player. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the bet amount will be returned to the player's account.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the winpg Platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface. winpg reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Players who are found to be exploiting bet limits in conjunction with bonus funds may have their bonus forfeited.

In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. winpg will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and return their stakes. winpg's decision on the resolution of any malfunction is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winpg Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in reporting to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Creating or using more than one account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive conduct
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing winpg staff or other players
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Allowing a third party to use your account

winpg is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all winpg account holders and can be activated directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your winpg account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the winpg Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

winpg strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly allow minors to access the Platform. If you believe a minor has accessed winpg using your account or device, contact our support team immediately.

All content on the winpg Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform (collectively, "winpg Content"), is owned by or licensed to winpg and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the winpg Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any winpg Content
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on winpg Content
• Use any winpg trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website

Any unauthorized use of winpg Content is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which winpg reserves all rights and remedies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winpg, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the winpg Platform.

winpg's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winpg account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude winpg's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

winpg collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the winpg Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

winpg collects personal data for the purposes of account registration and verification, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and marketing communications (where you have opted in). winpg does not sell your personal data to third parties.

winpg may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or necessary to prevent fraud or money laundering. All data sharing is conducted in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

winpg reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order. During a suspension, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or make withdrawals.

winpg may terminate your account permanently if an investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms. Upon termination for cause, winpg reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to winpg, subject to the completion of any ongoing investigations.

You may close your winpg account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining balance. winpg will process your account closure request within five (5) business days. Note that voluntary account closure does not constitute self-exclusion — if you wish to be excluded from gambling, please use the self-exclusion tool available in your account settings.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and winpg, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. winpg will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent winpg from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

winpg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, winpg will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the winpg Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
